Cookie delightfulness is here......
Creamy Lemonades with just the slightest hint of tangy frosting amidst the tender shortbread cookie. Chewy delightfully sweet Caramel DeLites. Oh yes....I am in pure cookie Heaven. Soft spoken, melt-in-your-mouth Shortbreads. Wow. WOW. And less we forget the sweet and buttery old time favorite: Peanut Butter Sandwiches. I think I have been in a diabetic coma at least twice this week. It was and IS well worth it for it is cookie time. Girl Scout Cookie time. I find it very ironic that it coincides with swim suit buying season...

I'm a sucker for Thin Mints and that one kind that has a dark crust with caramel and coconut drizzled over the top. I haven't seen the Girl Scouts out around here, looks like I'm going to have to hunt them down, I'm totally salivating.
